• Fundamentally the stock is under value base on NAV and PE ratio.
• Technically Capitaland stock chart is bearish.  The stock is on down trend and recently drop back into the down trend channel.
• Base on Macro-economy, Capitaland has exposure in China. There is a high probability of property bubble in property sector.
• Recent ABSD (Additional Buyer Stamp Duty) also dented the investing sentiment in property counter.

Singapore Exchange (SGX) broke $6.00 psychological support and looks like breaking down from a Descending Triangle. Price target for the breakdown is $5.225. SGX is still on down trend channel

IndoAgri has been in consolidation mode after finding the bottom in early Oct. Base on currenty chart pattern, it looks like IndoAgri is going to continue the down trend if the stock cannot break above the Down Trend resistance, 20D & 50D MA at about $1.30. Immediate support is $1.13 followed by $0.70 (123.6% FR). Weekly chart is also showing a similar pattern after Bearish Harami candlestick pattern formed at the end of Oct.

Noble group formed a Bullish Engulfing yesterday but unfortunately did not move up today. Bullish Engulfing at the support level is a trend reversal pattern. Noble Group is currently just sitting above the down trend channel support. RSI is at oversold region.

Things to watch out:

• If Noble rebounds from this support in the next few days, the stock may move up to close the gap and get near to the resistance level at about $1.30 (downtrend channel resistance and 20D MA)
• If Noble breaks this support, Noble may be heading towards $0.924 (123.6% FR) and $0.753 (138.2% FR).

Yangzijiang has found the bottom and break the down trend pattern. The stock chart is showing “higher high, higher low” uptrend pattern, indicates the end of the uptrend for Yangzijiang. On the weekly chart, YZJ 2W MA, 4W MA is going to cross up 12W MA after forming a Morning Star on end Sept. Watch this $1.00 resistance closely! The Bull will be back when this $1.00 resistance is broken with huge trading volume.

Yangzijiang is also showing nice earning in the recent announcement.

Singapore Banks stock rally after a commitment by European banks and other private bondholders to accept a voluntary 50% writedown on Greek government debt, a boost in the lending power of the euro-zone bailout fund and a 106 billion euro ($148 billion) recapitalization of European banks. All 3 Singapore Banks (DBS, OCBC, UOB) have broken out from the down trend channel and also showing a potential “Higher High, Higher Low” uptrend chart pattern. This represents a good opportunity to long the stock till the 200D MA resistance. However, the current rally is not a good entry time for the value investing base on current valuation base on Price to Book (P/B), PE comparison and PEG ratio.

IndoAgriculture is currently testing Down Trend Channel Resistance.

Things to watch:

1. Whether IndoAgri can break out from this down trend channel pattern
2. Whether IndoAgri to bounce down and form a lower low than $1.13

Current IndoAgri chart pattern is still very bearish where all the 3 MA (20D, 50D and 200D) are stil heading down sharply.

SGX is still trading in a down trend channel and have reached the 38.2% Fibonacci Support. If this support is broken, SGX will be heading towards the 23.6% Fibonacci Support at about $5.22. All 20D, 50D and 200D MA are trending down and have no sign of reversal or bottom up yet.
