Singapore Banks (DBS, OCBC, UOB) Getting Bullish!

Singapore Banks stock rally after a commitment by European banks and other private bondholders to accept a voluntary 50% writedown on Greek government debt, a boost in the lending power of the euro-zone bailout fund and a 106 billion euro ($148 billion) recapitalization of European banks. All 3 Singapore Banks (DBS, OCBC, UOB) have broken out from the down trend channel and also showing a potential “Higher High, Higher Low” uptrend chart pattern. This represents a good opportunity to long the stock till the 200D MA resistance. However, the current rally is not a good entry time for the value investing base on current valuation base on Price to Book (P/B), PE comparison and PEG ratio.

IndoAgri: Testing Down Trend Channel Resistance

IndoAgriculture is currently testing Down Trend Channel Resistance.

Things to watch:

  1. Whether IndoAgri can break out from this down trend channel pattern
  2. Whether IndoAgri to bounce down and form a lower low than $1.13

Current IndoAgri chart pattern is still very bearish where all the 3 MA (20D, 50D and 200D) are stil heading down sharply.

Singapore Exchange (SGX) Continues in the Down Trend Channel

SGX is still trading in a down trend channel and have reached the 38.2% Fibonacci Support. If this support is broken, SGX will be heading towards the 23.6% Fibonacci Support at about $5.22. All 20D, 50D and 200D MA are trending down and have no sign of reversal or bottom up yet.
