Singapore REITs Comparison Table for Dividend Investment

Latest Comparison table for Singapore REIT in terms of Market Cap, PE ratio, NAV, Gearing Ratio, Distribution Yield and Asset Type.

Lippo Mall Indonesia Retail Trust (LMIR) is still the most attractive base on my selection criteria. However need to take note of Country Risk & Currency Risk.
