Singapore Undervalued REIT: CapitaComm & Starhill Global – Right Time to Entry?

Although some undervalue REIT have identified in Singapore Undervalued REIT Comparison, not all of them are at the right time to entry.

CapitaComm

  • Last Done Price: $1.135
  • NAV: $1.5381
  • Price / NAV: 0.7379
  • Dividend Yield: 6.876%
  • Gearing Ratio: 27.4%

Base on the chart, CapitComm looks like reaching a good entry level.

 

Starhill Global

  • Last Done Price: $0.595
  • NAV: $0.9343
  • Price / NAV: 0.6368
  • Dividend Yield: 6.555%
  • Gearing Ratio: 30.10%

Base on current chart, an attractive entry level is near the 61.8% Fibonacci Support.

The above CapitaComm and Starhill Global are Under CPF Investment Scheme (CPFIS).
