Keppel DC REIT is the first data centre real estate investment trust to be listed in Asia and on the SGX-ST. Keppel DC REIT is established with the investment strategy of principally investing, directly or indirectly, in a diversified portfolio of income-producing real estate assets which are used primarily for data centre purposes, as well as real estate-related assets, with an initial focus on Asia-Pacific and Europe. The IPO Portfolio comprises eight high-quality data centre properties strategically located

Global Stock Market Indices PE & PB Ratio At a Glance (6 Dec 2014)

Global Stock Market PE PB Ratio Summary Dec 5-2014

Dow Jones Industrial, S&P500 and NASDAQ are on Viagra and continue to  close at record high. Average PE ratio increases from 22.86 to 23.17 whereas PB Ratio increases from 2.24 to 2.27. Most of the stock market now are overvalue now. Technically $INDU, $SPX, $COMP are all on clear up trend and we are entering a seasonally most bullish six months from Nov to April base on past statistics. However, it is important to be cautious that stock market may go through the sharp correction after the QE ends.

S&P500 ETF (SPY): Expect Correction

S&P500 ETF (SPY) is currently trading within an uptrend channel but expecting to retrace after hitting the channel resistance.

Current PE for Russell 2000 is 18.2 (over value).

Base on past SPY chart pattern, it is not so easy to trade due to the following:

  • SPY is at historical high, it is risky to long at high.
  • It is also risky to short at the current level because SPY is still on uptrend. It will be a counter trend trade if short at this level.
